Living in such a fast paced and stressful society practising yoga allows you ‘time out’ to rest the physical body and calm and clear the mind. The union between mind, body and breath that are associated with yoga makes it possible to practice postures and breathing techniques to become further connected to ourselves and our bodies needs.


In a traditional Hatha Yoga class we work towards building a strong and flexible body to help develop strength and flexibility of the mind. We use the postures to unlock tension within the body to enter deeper states of relaxation.


Yoga can be adapted to suit individual needs, for this reason I have trained extensively in many areas of yoga in order for me to provide the best training possible. I have a friendly and informal approach to teaching yoga and enjoy learning and growing with my students.
